This Dark roast coffee is Strong, Punchy and intense which is great for milk based coffee drinks like Cappuccino, Latte, Flat white, Cortado etc. This Single Estate Arabica is wash processed resulting in a completely clean cup that allows all the geo-characteristics of the beans to produce beautiful Aroma. Like all arabicas, this coffee has a nice, refreshing mouthfeel to it with a citrus after taste. Beans Used for this Roast are sourced from estates of Chikmagaluru Dist. of Karnataka. The beans are carefully roasted to Dark level but not overdone to kill its origin notes. This roast has intense notes of smoky chocolate, nutty flavor and mild aroma of cinnamon. It is best suited milk based coffee drinks like Cappuccino, Latte, Flat white, Cortado etc. Cold Brew produces excellent aroma and smooth mouthfeel strong nutty and toasty flavors. Flavor Profile: Dark Malty notes, cocoa, exhibits slight nutty flavor and mild cinnamon aroma, with a medium body and is mildly acidic.
