- Special Ingredients: Rice flour and Urad Dal flour
- Mix 1 Measure of Sankalp Idli Mix with 1 Measure of water into a smooth batter. Set Aside for 15 minutes. Do not vigorously stir the batter again. Gently pour into the Idli stand. Steam batter in an idli cooker or vessel for 10-12 minutes.
